How quickly will I receive an item I have purchased?

If your order is placed by 12.00pm, it is likely that your order will be dispatched on the same day. We use Interlink for all of our UK deliveries and UPS for deliveries outside of the UK. Generally, deliveries will take 2-3 working days. Deliveries are made on Monday – Friday only.

We offer a Guaranteed Next Day delivery service to UK addresses at a cost of £8.95.

A list of countries that we can deliver to is available on the basket page of the website. It will also show the associated delivery costs for each country.

What is the VAT rate applied?

All prices include VAT at 20%

Is it safe to purchase an item from HandiWorld?

We have numerous security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. Financial information such as credit card numbers and expiration dates are used only to take payment for the products you are purchasing. This information is submitted online directly to the secure payment gateway supplied by WorldPay or PayPal and is never seen or stored by HandiWorld.

What is your returns policy?

We are so confident that you will be delighted with your HandiWorld product, that we offer a no-quibble-guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, please email sales@handiworld.com and we will issue you with a returns number.

Please then return your item within 14 days in the original packaging, to the address below. We recommend that you sendyour return by recorded delivery. Goods are returned to HandiWorld at your own cost. Once your goods are received and inspected, your credit card will be credited with the cost of the item, less any costs relating to outward dispatch (in the instance that this has been paid for).
