This guarantee only applies to HandiWorld products that are purchased through this website or via the HandiSales call centre.

We are so confident that you will be delighted with your HandiWorld product, that we offer a no-quibble-guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, please email sales@handiworld.com and we will issue you with a returns number.

Please then return your item within 14 days in the original packaging, to the address below. We recommend that you send your return by recorded delivery. Goods are returned to HandiWorld at your own cost. Once your goods are received and inspected, your credit card will be credited with the cost of the item, less any costs relating to outward despatch (in the instance that this has been paid for).
